This deliverable provides an overview of the activities of WP2, focusing on the description of the use cases, existing and new user requirements for VOXReality. It details the user-centred methodology used to gather requirements, including weekly calls, focus groups, in-situ visits, revisions on requirements, pilot and a user study. The core contributions include updated requirements based on lessons learned from first phase of pilots, with a concluding section summarizing key findings and recommendations for future deliverables.
