It describes how, in collaboration with all project partners, a structured and systematic process has been developed and implemented to make this exercise as effective and meaningful as possible.
This guide is therefore not intended as a simple report of what has been achieved, rather it seeks to serve as a starting point for others who may find themselves in a similar position.
